DAC Beachcroft LLP in Birmingham is seeking a Solicitor / CILEx Lawyer / Experienced Paralegal to join its Casualty Injury team handling EL/PL claims up to £100k. The role welcomes experienced paralegals, solicitors or CILEX lawyers, with training and mentoring, to manage a varied caseload and deliver high-quality client service.

The role offers exposure to pre-litigation and litigation, with supervision from senior lawyers and support for professional development within a market-leading team.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling EL/PL claims.
• Strong client communication and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Comfort with both pre-litigation and litigated work.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL claims.
• Screen matters and liaise with clients on receipt of instructions.
• Instruct experts and draft Witness Statements and Court docs.
• Maintain client relationships and meet KPIs.
