Job summary
Serco Limited at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Newport, TF10 9AT, is hiring Wait-On Staff to deliver exceptional food and beverage services across events and hospitality settings.
You will assist with setup, serve customers professionally, support food safety, clear and reset spaces, and work with a team to ensure a world-class customer experience, including weekday evenings and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and standards.
- A positive, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and preparation of hospitality areas, events, and functions.
- Deliver food and beverage service to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support basic food preparation activities in line with food safety requirements.
- Clear and reset dining and event spaces efficiently and safely.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer care.
