Job summary

Serco Limited is seeking a Café Assistant in Telford to provide welcoming service in a busy centre. You will support daily café operations, prepare beverages and food, maintain hygiene standards and assist with cash handling while delivering friendly customer care.

The role requires prior experience in food retail or customer service, a flexible, team-oriented approach, and attention to detail. Training will be provided; benefits include extensive staff perks and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly, professionally and with a friendly approach.
• Follow financial and cash handling procedures accurately.
• Prepare food and beverages in line with café menus and supervisor guidance.
• Replenish café and vending machine stock as required.
