Casual Visitor Experience Assistants are based front of house in the Art Gallery, Museum and Visitor Centre spaces, providing exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to all visitors.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, proactive and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to all visitors at the front of house.
• Work across the Art Gallery, Museum and Visitor Centre spaces to support visitors and deliver a positive experience.
• Be available for short-notice shifts including weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays.

We are looking to appoint to our existing pool of casual staff, who are called upon at short notice to provide cover including at weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays
