Role supports spa operations, keeps rooms clean and ready, restocks supplies, and may upsell services and retail products.

The Role

As a Casual Therapist in our Amala Spa, your main responsibilities will include delivering a wide range of professional beauty and spa treatments - including massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing (aesthetic services). You will ensure every guest receives a relaxing and personalised experience in line with our spa standards. You will also support daily spa operations by preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and assisting with guest enquiries. This position offers flexible working arrangements on a casual basis.

Qualifications

About you: You will have previous experience working as a therapist in a high - standard spa or hotel environment, along with the relevant qualifications. With excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, you will be warm, professional, and attentive. We are looking for team players who are proactive in their duties and passionate about delivering exceptional spa experiences.
