Hand Picked Hotels' New Hall Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a passionate Casual Spa Therapist to deliver high‑quality treatments in a tranquil setting. You will apply facial and body treatments, massage, manicure and pedicure, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

This casual contract involves flexible shifts including weekends, with a starting rate of £14.00 per hour plus service charge and benefits such as meals on shift.

Qualifications

• UK beauty therapy Level 3 qualification is essential.
• Ability to carry out facial, massage, nail and gel nail treatments.
• Comfort Zone/Elemis product familiarity is a plus.

What will the role involve?

As a Spa Therapist, you will play an integral role in curating unforgettable journeys of relaxation and rejuvenation. With an intuitive approach to guest care, you will anticipate individual needs and deliver treatments to the highest standard, ensuring every detail reflects excellence. With a strong focus on mindfulness and attention to detail, you will create a sense of calm and indulgence, ensuring every guest leaves feeling restored and valued.

This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business. Shift hours would be mostly middles 10-6/11-7, max till 8pm.

Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

• It is essential you have current UK beauty therapy level 3 Qualifications (or equivalent), and are confident in demonstrating these skills, able to carry out all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments including gel nail application. Ideally trained in using Elemis product house and Comfort Zone.
