Advance Housing & Support Ltd. in Bournemouth invites applications for Casual Support Worker. The role covers supporting customers with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions in a flexible, zero-hours contract. Mileage is paid; a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

You’ll join a supportive team with comprehensive training and opportunities to progress within Advance. Weekend work is included, with shifts across days, evenings, and sleep-ins as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK/International driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and sleep-ins.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care and hygiene as required.
• Medication administration if required.
• Support with meals, appointments and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records and care plans; update as needed.
• Ensure safety and security of premises, including night checks.
• Complete training and maintain up-to-date records.
