Qualifications

• Good communication with people
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans
• Able to work weekends and respond to shifts

• Assist with personal care and hygiene as required
• Provide meal preparation and support with meals
• Support customers at medical appointments and social activities
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans
• Ensure safety during night shifts and maintain environment
