Job summary

SeeAbility in Guildford is looking for a Support Worker to help people live fuller, more independent lives. You will support daily routines, plan meaningful activities, and build trusted relationships with individuals who live at Denecroft.

No prior experience required; full training is provided. A UK manual driving licence is essential, and there is a focus on safety, safeguarding, and learning new skills to enhance quality of life.

Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Salary: £13.09 per hour (£25,525.50 per annum) plus benefits.

Hours: 37.5 hours guaranteed – stability you can count on

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence essential

Visa Sponsorship is not available: Applicants must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
