Job summary

Frasers in Norwich is hiring a Stockroom Assistant to keep deliveries flowing and stock accurately located behind the scenes. You will replenish stock on the shop floor and assist with counts and inventory control, ensuring products are stored safely and accessibly.

The role supports colleagues on busy days and adheres to health and safety standards. You will join a fast-paced retail environment offering flexible hours, development opportunities, and employee discounts across Frasers Group

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

• Flexibility with hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
• Stockroom/retail/warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the receipt, unpacking, and accurate processing of deliveries.
• Replenish the shop floor promptly so customers find what they came for.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with counts and inventory control.
• Organise and maintain the stockroom in line with company standards.
• Store products safely, logically, and accessibly so nothing slows the team down.
• Back up store colleagues by keeping product availability tight.
• Follow health and safety procedures in the back of house.
• Step onto the shop floor during peak trade when extra hands are needed.
