Job summary

Frasers Group via Sports Direct is seeking a Stockroom Assistant to help move deliveries, keep stock accurately stored, and ensure the shop floor remains well stocked for customers.

Qualifications

• Stockroom, retail or warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential; training provided.
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the receipt, unpacking, and accurate processing of deliveries.
• Replenish the shop floor promptly and efficiently so customers find what they came for.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock counts and inventory control.
• Organise and maintain the stockroom in line with company standards.
• Store products safely, logically, and accessibly so nothing slows the team down.
• Back up store colleagues by keeping product availability tight.
• Stick to all health and safety procedures in the stockroom and back of house.
• Step onto the shop floor during peak trade when extra hands are needed.
• The energy to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Reliability, commitment, and real pride in your work.
• A team-player mindset and solid communication skills.
• Flexibility with hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
