Job summary

Sports Direct is seeking a Stockroom Assistant to keep deliveries moving, stock orderly, and the shop floor stocked. This hands-on role suits people who like fast-paced retail and want to see visible results each day.

From day one you’ll receive a full in-store induction and have access to development pathways within the Frasers Group. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to progress as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Stockroom or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Reliability and punctuality are important.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Organise stockroom areas to company standards so nothing slows the team down.
• Replenish the shop floor quickly so customers find what they came for.
• Support stock counts, price changes, and inventory accuracy.
• Keep back-of-house areas safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Work with the wider team to hit stock and sales targets together.
• Pitch in across the store when trade peaks and all hands are needed.
