You will collaborate with teachers and specialists to create a safe, inclusive learning environment, providing individual and small-group support while promoting independence and confidence in pupils.

Qualifications

• Caring and committed individual
• Experience with supporting learners (special educational needs) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development both in and outside the classroom.
• Providing individual and small-group support as required.
• Supporting pupils with a range of complex needs in a patient, caring and positive manner.
• Encouraging independence, confidence and participation.
• Working closely with teachers and the wider school team.
• Supporting the personal care and wellbeing needs of pupils where required.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
