About the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square:

The Spa is located within this iconic building, offering a sensory journey with elegant finishes and a contemporary feel. It provides a sanctuary in the heart of the City, offering effective and result-driven treatments designed to restore balance and well-being.

The Spa Therapist role:

The Therapist performs a variety of treatments according to established protocols, creating an environment of peace and relaxation, and customizing treatments based on guest needs and preferences.

The ideal Spa Therapist will have:

• A recognized beauty therapy/massage qualification with experience in a 5* spa environment (NVQ level 2, 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC – OND or HND, VTCT, City & Guilds)
• Excellent understanding of client care and five-star treatment standards
• Genuine interest in holistic spa treatments
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, computer skills, and a hospitality spirit
• Previous customer service experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
