About the Role

Responsible for delivering outstanding treatment experiences for our guests and members, providing a warm, consistent, and welcoming service. Offer homecare and skincare advice through product recommendations.

• Provide excellent guest experiences through the treatment menu to day guests, members, residents, and VIP guests.
• Work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction and outstanding service.
• Undertake reception and administrative duties if required.
• Observe all safety precautions and spa rules to ensure safety at all times.
• Utilise sales tools effectively to maximize sales opportunities.

About You

• Possess a warm, positive attitude with a caring and dedicated approach.
• Natura Bisse training is desirable.
• Recognised beauty therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 / BTEC in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO, etc.).
