Position: Spa Therapist at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square

The Spa is nestled within this iconic building, harmoniously designed around its historical footprint. It offers a sensory journey with elliptical spaces, elegant finishes, and a blend of historical and contemporary elements. The spa provides a collection of effective treatments aimed at restoring balance and promoting well-being.

The Spa Therapist role:

The Therapist performs various treatments according to Four Seasons protocols, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for guests. They customize treatments based on guest needs and preferences.

The ideal Spa Therapist will have:

• Recognized beauty therapy/massage qualification with experience in a 5* spa environment (NVQ level 2, 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, OND, HND, VTCT, City & Guilds)
• Excellent understanding of client care and five-star treatment standards
• Genuine interest in holistic spa treatments
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team
• Good written and spoken English
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and a hospitality spirit
• Previous customer service experience and ability to work under pressure
