Job summary

Evans Cycles in the United Kingdom is hiring a Sales Assistant to help customers find the bike, kit or advice they need, whether it's their first ride or their thousandth. Bring energy, knowledge and a love for cycling to every conversation, and contribute to the store’s standards and customer experience.

From day one you'll receive a full in-store induction, with development pathways and nationally recognised qualifications supporting your growth within Evans Cycles and the Frasers Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to upsell and cross-sell to customers.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly, professional advice.
• Build product knowledge across bikes, accessories and clothing.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Support stock management and keep shop floor organized.
• Handle till transactions accurately and efficiently.

The Role: Sales Assistant

This is retail with real purpose. As a Sales Assistant at Evans Cycles, you'll help people find the bike, kit, or advice that gets them rolling, whether it's their very first ride or their thousandth. You'll bring energy, knowledge, and a love for cycling to every conversation, and play a key part in keeping our store, our standards, and our customer experience exactly where they should be.
