Job summary

Evans Cycles is seeking a Sales Assistant to help customers find the bike, kit, or advice that gets them rolling. Bring energy, product knowledge, and a love for cycling to every conversation, contributing to a store that delivers great service and a top-notch customer experience.

You will start with a full in-store induction, with development pathways and qualifications available as you progress within the Evans Cycles/Frasers Group.

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.

The Role: Sales Assistant

This is retail with real purpose. As a Sales Assistant at Evans Cycles, you'll help people find the bike, kit, or advice that gets them rolling, whether it's their very first ride or their thousandth. You'll bring energy, knowledge, and a love for cycling to every conversation, and play a key part in keeping our store, our standards, and our customer experience exactly where they should be.
