Job summary

Evans Cycles, part of Frasers Group, is looking for a Sales Assistant to help customers find bikes, clothing, and accessories and share expert advice on cycling needs.

You’ll build product knowledge, upsell where appropriate, and maintain a welcoming shop floor. You’ll receive full training, ongoing development, and join a passionate team dedicated to bikes and great customer service.

The Role: Sales Assistant

This is retail with real purpose. As a Sales Assistant at Evans Cycles, you'll help people find the bike, kit, or advice that gets them rolling, whether it's their very first ride or their thousandth. You'll bring energy, knowledge, and a love for cycling to every conversation, and play a key part in keeping our store, our standards, and our customer experience exactly where they should be.
