Job summary

Evans Cycles is seeking a Sales Assistant to help customers find bikes, gear and advice, from first ride to seasoned cyclist. You will bring energy, knowledge and a love for cycling to every conversation, while upholding store standards and customer experience.

You will learn product knowledge through full training and join a team that shares a passion for bikes, safety and great service across our network.

Qualifications

• Must engage customers with friendly, professional advice.
• Build product knowledge across bikes, accessories and clothing.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling that helps customers.
• Support stock management and keep the shop floor organised.
• Handle till transactions accurately and efficiently.

The Role: Sales Assistant

This is retail with real purpose. As a Sales Assistant at Evans Cycles, you'll help people find the bike, kit, or advice that gets them rolling, whether it's their very first ride or their thousandth. You'll bring energy, knowledge, and a love for cycling to every conversation, and play a key part in keeping our store, our standards, and our customer experience exactly where they should be.
