Job summary

Meldrum House Hotel in Scotland is seeking a Casual Worker Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will clean guest rooms to a high standard, change linen, vacuum, and prepare bathrooms for guests, ensuring comfort and a welcoming environment.

You will engage with guests to enhance their experience, maintain immaculate facilities, and take pride in every task. Training and support are provided within our friendly housekeeping department as part of the Apex Hotels Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to work flexibly in a casual role.
• Accuracy in cleaning to high standards.

The role

As a Casual Worker Room Attendant,you will deliver amazing brand standards and immaculate guest facilities. You will be responsible for your own work and take pride in the high standard of cleanliness. You will be responsible for ensuring your rooms are cleaned to a high standard and ready for our guests.

Joining the dedicated housekeeping department, you will:

About you

As a Casual Worker Room Attendant, you will have excellent attention to detail to provide consistent standards. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel and ultimately the service provided to our guests before, during and after their stay. You will love chatting to our guests offering help and assistance, you will be a great at multi-tasker, you will be efficient at solving guest enquiries and you will always have a smile for our teams and guests.

We are looking for a Casual Worker Room Attendant who:
