Job summary

Salvation Army Homes is seeking a Relief Support Worker to cover occasional shifts in our Doncaster supported housing service. You will work with people who are homeless or at risk, building trust and helping them live independently within supported accommodation.

The role emphasises compassionate, person-centred care aligned to our values. You will need to be a confident communicator, able to build professional relationships, and assist residents with developing skills and accessing social

Qualifications

• Be a confident and capable communicator.
• Ability to build trusting, professional relationships.
• Help people develop skills, strengths and talents.
• Good knowledge or experience of working with homeless or vulnerable groups.
• Ideally participate in the on-call rota when engaged.
