Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is looking for a Casual Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs and answer queries, ensuring smooth guest experiences and promoting hotel services.

We value passion, superb customer service, teamwork, IT savvy and composure under pressure. This part-time role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and access to Leisure Club where applicable.

The Role:

• As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out
• Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Ensuring a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
