Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is seeking a friendly receptionist to support guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You’ll assist with queries, share knowledge of room types and packages, and highlight hotel services to boost occupancy and revenue.

The role requires superb customer service, a team mindset, and basic IT skills. You’ll help maintain safety standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

The Role

• As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out
• Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Ensuring a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
