Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is looking for a Casual Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs and answer queries, ensuring smooth guest experiences and promoting hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out.

• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques.
• Ensure high level of compliance with security, fire regulations and health and safety laws.
