Job summary

LLOYD'S REGISTER INTERNATIONAL is looking for a Retail Supervisor to support our network of shops in the Amber Valley area. You will manage volunteers and stock, ensuring excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

This role requires travel between sites and flexibility in hours. You will have the opportunity to engage creatively in marketing strategies while maintaining best practices. Additional benefits include enhanced leave and pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail/customer centric environment including EPOS systems.
• Experience communicating with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Good standard of numeracy and organizational skills.
• Strong communicator with problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assistant managers and volunteers.
• Achieve sales targets through effective stock management.
• Maintain shop pricing structure and stock management.
• Ensure cleanliness and attractive window displays.
• Cover shop manager's holidays and sickness.
