Job summary

Telford & Wrekin Council Leisure Services seeks motivated individuals for Casual Leisure Assistant roles across our leisure facilities. The role includes day-to-day supervision of facilities and pool lifeguard duties, ensuring safety and excellent customer service.

Candidates must hold RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and be able to work a rota that includes mornings, evenings and weekends on an as and when required basis.

Qualifications

• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential.
• Ability to supervise and control designated public activity areas.
• Experience in leisure and customer services environment.

Casual Leisure Assistant

We are currently seeking motivated and suitably skilled individuals to join the leisure services team.

The role:

Successful candidates will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the facilities including pool lifeguard duties.

Key requirements:

A RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is an essential requirement of the post.

Skills & experience:

Candidates should have the ability to supervise and control designated public activity areas.

Candidates should have relevant experience in a leisure and customer services environment.

Additional information:

The successful candidates will work across a rota pattern that includes morning, evening and weekend working on an "as and when required basis."
