Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - South is seeking a Casual Guest Support Assistant to deliver welcoming and energetic guest service across day and night shifts. You will help maintain public areas, liaise with HK teams for room setups, handle guest queries with professionalism, and participate in a range of flexible duties to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role includes night work elements and requires versatility and a proactive attitude to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in the hotel lobby and public areas
• Maintain the lobby and public areas clean and tidy
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms and meeting spaces
• Handle guest queries/concerns in a polite and friendly manner
• Assist with general maintenance and safety checks as required
• Support nights and days shifts as needed
