Qualifications

• Experience in bar, hospitality or customer service.
• Experience using draught dispense systems.
• Knowledge of Challenge 25 procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beverages efficiently and responsibly.
• Prepare bars and service areas before events.
• Operate draught dispense systems and bar equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service at events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in bar areas.
• Monitor stock levels and restock as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Casual Bar Associate, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering excellent service with professionalism, personality and a smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Servinga range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently andresponsibly
• Preparingbars and service areas before events
• Operatingdraught dispense systems and bar equipment
• Providingexceptional customer service to guests attending Christmas parties,conferences and events
• Maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation within barareas
• Monitoringstock levels and helping to ensure bars remain fully stocked throughoutservice
• FollowingChallenge 25 and all licensing regulations
• Handlingguest enquiries confidently and professionally
• Supportingcolleagues to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
• Assistingwith food and beverage service when required
• Maintainingcompliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures

• Experienceusing draught dispense systems
• Knowledgeof legal measures and responsible alcohol service
• Anunderstanding of Challenge 25 procedures
• Basicfood hygiene knowledge
• Full training will be provided.

Due to licensing regulations and the natureof the role, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
