Responsibilities

• Serve a range of beverages efficiently and responsibly.
• Prepare bars and service areas before events.
• Operate draught dispense systems and bar equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service at Christmas parties, conferences and events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in bar areas.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control.
• Follow Challenge 25 and licensing regulations.
• Assist with food and beverage service when required.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Casual Bar Associate, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering excellent service with professionalism, personality and a smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
• Preparing bars and service areas before events
• Operating draught dispense systems and bar equipment
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests attending Christmas parties, conferences and events
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation within bar areas
• Monitoring stock levels and helping to ensure bars remain fully stocked throughout service
• Following Challenge 25 and all licensing regulations
• Handling guest enquiries confidently and professionally
• Supporting colleagues to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
• Assisting with food and beverage service when required
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Previous bar, hospitality or customer service experience
• Experience using draught dispense systems
• Knowledge of legal measures and responsible alcohol service
• An understanding of Challenge 25 procedures
• Basic food hygiene knowledge
• Full training will be provided.

Due to licensing regulations and the nature of the role, applicants must be aged 18 or over., All applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. Documentary evidence of eligibility will be required as part of the recruitment process in line with current UK Visas and Immigration regulations.
