Job summary

Lingfield Park Resort in the United Kingdom is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant to support our busy restaurant and conference spaces, delivering friendly service to guests across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, stock bars, pour drinks, open wine, clear tables and help prepare event spaces.

This role is weekend and evening heavy, offers a friendly, collaborative team environment and opportunities to develop hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they arrive at our restaurants, directing guests to tables, providing menus and taking orders
• Delivering food from the kitchen to guests at the table or to room
• Keeping any bar and drink service areas fully stocked with beverages
• Taking drinks orders and serving drinks to guests at their table or throughout the venue
• Opening wine bottles at the table and pouring drinks for guests
• Wiping down tables and chairs, removing rubbish and clearing
• Setting up, arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of event spaces
