Job summary

Norse Group LTD, through its Norse Cleaning Division, is seeking a Casual Cleaner for Downham Market. The role offers AM and PM shifts with pay at £12.71 per hour.

You will perform basic cleaning duties, maintain high client satisfaction, and support health and safety practices on-site. Ideal candidates will have cleaning or caretaking experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients on-site.
• Knowledge of basic site health & safety practices.
• Confidence working independently and using initiative.
• Previous cleaning or caretaking experience favored.
• Desirable to have commercial cleaning experience.

Casual Cleaner - Downham Market

£12.71 Per hour

Norse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with our clients in Downham Market and we are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a casual basis, Offering AM and PM shifts.

The role

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction is achieved. Alongside this you will;

• Cleaning and maintaining designated area's - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
• Building relationships with the client on site
• Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times
• Reporting any issues or defects on site

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
• Confident working independently to your own initiative
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable
