Job summary

Rock Up Walton is hiring casual team members to join our Walton-on-Thames centre, helping in the climbing arena, café and reception. We offer a lively, fast-paced environment with varied duties and flexible hours to fit around your life.

We're looking for friendly, proactive people who enjoy working with customers, can multitask and communicate well. Experience in hospitality or leisure is a plus, but a positive attitude and teamwork matter most.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping out in the climbing arena,

Delivering top-notch customer service throughout the centre

Serving tasty food and drinks with a smile in our vibrant café

Keeping our space clean, safe and welcoming for all

Getting stuck in wherever you're needed – no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in hospitality or leisure (bonus if you have both!)

A team player who’s happy to learn and jump into different roles

A proactive attitude and confident communication skills

A fun, outgoing personality and a can-do approach
