Job summary

Wiltshire Council is inviting applications for Casual Leisure Assistants to support our new Adventure Zone at the local leisure centre in Trowbridge. You will greet guests, supervise play areas and help operate interactive features, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for children, families and staff.

Flexibility is essential with hours across weekdays, evenings, weekends and school holidays. Training in health and safety is provided, and you will join a friendly, customer-focused team

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic with strong customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and stay calm in busy environments
• Understanding of health and safety principles and procedures

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and supervising guests in the Adventure Zone
• Support operation of interactive play features and carry out safety checks
• Assist with birthday parties and help deliver outstanding customer experience
• Occasionally support other areas of the leisure centre
