Job summary

Wiltshire Council is hiring Leisure Assistants for its new Adventure Zone in a community leisure centre in Wiltshire. The role is casual and based on a flexible, as-needed basis, with shifts including weekdays, early evenings, weekends and school holidays.

You will welcome customers, supervise guests, support interactive play features, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for families and children while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and supervising guests in the Adventure Zone.
• Assisting with interactive play features and safety checks.
• Supporting birthday parties and helping ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Flexibly covering shifts across weekdays, evenings, weekends and school holidays.
