Wiltshire Council is seeking a Leisure Assistant for Clarendon Sports Centre in Trowbridge. The role is part-time, on a rota system with shifts in evenings and weekends, and a 18-month temporary contract. You will help run daily centre operations, handle customer queries and maintain cleanliness and safety across facilities.

Hybrid working is available, with on-site presence for core hours and admin tasks performed partly in the workplace. A proactive customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a rota including evenings and weekends.
