Job summary

Merlin Entertainments invites you to join Warwick Castle as a Seasonal Retail Host. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, keep outlets well stocked, and help guests with product selections while aiming to meet daily targets.

The role offers a seasonal, fixed-term contract through January 2027 with shifts from 5 to 40 hours weekly. Evening/weekend availability is required during holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the retail unit and provide first contact support.
• Keep shop stock full and presentable and help customers with queries.
• Suggest products and boost revenue while delivering world-class service.
• Work across multiple retail outlets around Warwick Castle as required.
• Support with daily targets and maintain a positive guest experience.
