Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to uphold FCA CASS standards and safeguard client assets. You will work across Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure strong governance, robust controls, and proactive risk management.

With 5+ years in CASS, you will interpret regulations, lead audits, and drive continuous improvements to the control framework. A dynamic role in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a CASS management role in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator.
• Solid knowledge of CASS 6-10.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for client asset protection and reconciliations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design testing frameworks to ensure compliance with FCA CASS.
• Interpret and implement CASS regulations and mitigate risks.
• Maintain robust, scalable controls while enabling business innovation.
• Update and manage the CASS Resolution Pack.
• Coordinate internal and external CASS audits and regulatory assessments.
• Monitor changes to CASS rules and assess impact on processes and controls.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CASS 6-8 requirements.
