Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to oversee CASS compliance, protect client assets, and strengthen the control environment. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to FCA CASS while supporting innovative business growth.

The role demands 5+ years in CASS, strong regulatory insight, and the ability to drive practical guidance and continuous improvements across processes and controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a CASS management role in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator.
• Solid knowledge of CASS 6–10.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to client asset protection and reconciliations.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop and improve expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute robust testing frameworks to ensure compliance with FCA CASS regulations.
• Interpret and implement CASS regulations, identify risks, and drive governance and control improvements.
• Ensure systems, processes, and controls are robust, scalable, and compliant while enabling the business to innovate.
• Maintain and regularly update the CASS Resolution Pack.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external CASS audits, reviews, and regulatory assessments.
• Monitor changes to CASS rules and assess impact on processes and controls.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CASS 6–8 requirements.
