Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we meet FCA CASS requirements. You will work with Operations and cross‑functional teams to safeguard client money and custody assets, strengthening our control environment and providing practical guidance on CASS.

Design testing frameworks, interpret CASS rules, drive governance improvements, coordinate audits, and monitor regulatory changes to keep Revolut at the forefront of compliance in a fast‑moving digital environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a CASS management role within finance or advisory environments.
• Strong knowledge of CASS 6-10 and client asset protection principles.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute robust testing frameworks for FCA CASS compliance.
• Interpret and implement CASS regulations; identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain scalable controls while enabling business innovation.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external CASS audits and assessments.
• Monitor changes to CASS rules and assess impact on processes.
