Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to oversee FCA CASS obligations within its Compliance team. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard client assets and strengthen the control environment.

You will design testing frameworks, interpret CASS regs, monitor changes, coordinate audits, and drive improvements while maintaining scalable, compliant processes that support product innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a CASS management role in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator.
• Solid knowledge of CASS 6-10.
• Understanding regulatory requirements applicable to client asset protection and reconciliations.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop and improve expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute testing frameworks to ensure compliance with FCA CASS regulations.
• Interpret and implement CASS regulations, identify and mitigate risks, and drive governance improvements.
• Ensure systems, processes and controls are robust, scalable, and compliant while enabling innovation.
• Maintain and update the CASS Resolution Pack.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external CASS audits, reviews, and regulatory assessments.
• Monitor changes to CASS rules and assess impact on processes and controls.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CASS 6-8 requirements.
