An opportunity has arisen for a Cashier to join our finance team at Miller. You will be responsible for banking all IBA incoming receipts, preparing all outgoing IBA payment instruments, and maintaining IBA cash books on Twins. Additionally, you will provide day-to-day support to the Client Money Team.

Role Responsibilities

• Enter receipts into the OpenTWINS accounts system.
• Prepare daily cash sheets on bank account balances.
• Process payment requisitions onto internet banking platforms.
• Raise queries with the banks.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Upload journals.
• Perform general administration tasks including filing and archiving.
• Perform assigned responsibilities as delegated by senior team members.
• Maintain a professional working relationship with internal and external clients.
• Adhere to Miller's policies, procedures, training materials, and systems to ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.
• Comply with external rules such as Lloyd’s byelaws and FCA regulations.
• Promote Miller’s brand and values to enhance its market reputation.

Experience and Knowledge

• Office work experience preferred.
• Data processing experience, comfortable handling high-volume workloads under time pressure.
• Ability to work to deadlines with accuracy.
