Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Supervisors to lead a passionate Beauty Advisor team and elevate in-store experiences. You’ll coach, train, and develop staff while driving service excellence, product knowledge, and operational standards across stock, cash, and service areas.

Ideal candidates excel in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrate strong leadership, and deliver results with a customer-centric approach. Evening and weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in retail with floor, stock or cash operations oversight.
• Passion for beauty or product knowledge and customer experience is beneficial.
• Strong leadership to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service and communication with ability to build rapport.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and targets.
• Good organisation and time-management across priorities.
• Experience managing ER processes (attendance, performance, disciplinary steps).
• Comfort using in-store technology to enhance experience and ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and a seamless in-store experience.
• Provide ongoing training to build expertise in makeup, skincare, fragrance, selling skills and Sephora service behaviours.
• Set clear goals, support performance, and create development plans for team members.
• Manage day-to-day employee relations including attendance, performance and conduct with professionalism.
• Drive commercial performance by monitoring KPIs, analyzing trends and exceeding sales targets.
• Oversee Booxi and My Skin Diag operations for scheduling and service excellence.
• Manage stock and cash operations including deliveries, replenishment, audits and loss prevention.
• Maintain high standards across stockroom, sales floor and service zones.
• Support visual merchandising updates and brand activations to inspire discovery.
• Resolve customer queries promptly to build loyalty.
• Assist with new store openings (unboxing, stock preparation) where applicable.
