Job summary

Lloyds Bank plc in London is seeking an Associate Director to join the Cash Management and Payments Structuring team within Transaction Banking Solutions. You will design complex cash management and liquidity solutions, guiding end-to-end deal execution from inception through implementation.

You will work with Sales, Product, Coverage, and Technology to articulate risks, mitigate commercial threats, and mentor junior colleagues while supporting P&L targets and the bank's digital assets strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solutioning complex cash management and treasury offerings with deal execution.
• Strong communication, credibility and influence in technical discussions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks and ensure compliant, robust client structures.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from deal inception to stabilisation.
