Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in London seeks an Associate Director to lead complex cash management and treasury solution design. You will execute end-to-end mandates, assess risks, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Technology to deliver scalable client solutions.

With strong experience in Transaction Banking and treasury services, you will mentor juniors and help drive the digital assets strategy while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solving complex cash management and treasury solutions.
• Experience in Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, or Liquidity Solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence in technical discussions.
• Strong stakeholder management and client advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and solutioning of complex cash management, liquidity, and treasury solutions.
• Assess risks (legal, regulatory, tax, operational, execution) of proposed structures.
• Execute end-to-end complex Transaction Banking mandates from inception to stabilization.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues and support Sales with high-quality submissions.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to translate concepts into executable solutions.
• Identify market gaps by benchmarking competitor approaches and inform product teams.
• Support P&L delivery for Transaction Banking and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and advance the Transaction Banking digital assets strategy.
