Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in London is seeking an Associate Director to lead the structuring of cash management and payments within Transactional Structuring.

You will design complex client solutions across liquidity, treasury, and digital assets, managing end-to-end delivery from deal inception through implementation. The role requires strong stakeholder management, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide junior colleagues while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solutioning complex cash management and treasury offerings.
• Experience in Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Cash Management or liquidity solutions.
• Clear, credible communication in technical internal and external discussions.
• Strong client advisory capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience of digital assets and tokenised money.
• Understanding of corporate treasury operating models for large corporates.
• Professional qualifications in treasury, banking, finance or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and solutioning of cash management, liquidity and treasury solutions.
• Assess legal, regulatory, tax, operational and execution risks associated with proposed structures.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex Transaction Banking mandates from deal inception through implementation and stabilisation.
• Provide oversight and guidance to Associates in solution papers and Sales presentations.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to transition strategic concepts into executable client solutions.
• Feedback observations to product teams and understand external market to identify gaps.
• Support delivery of P&L targets and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support the development of the Transaction Banking digital assets strategy.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and mentor junior colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with group policy and regulatory requirements.
