Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Cash Allocation Administrator at The Point, Warwick. You will reconcile daily incoming payments against remittances for commercial accounts and contact clients to confirm allocations when remittances are missing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated accuracy and numeracy in financial data.
• Experience with reconciliation and allocation of payments.
• Proficient in MS Excel and finance systems.
• DBS check required as part of safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation and allocation of incoming cash for commercial accounts.
• Contact customers by email/phone when remittances are missing or unclear.
• Record all activity in Salesforce and verify remittance information.
• Reverse incorrect allocations and reallocate funds when errors occur.
• Identify remittance anomalies and proactively contact customers to resolve discrepancies.
