Town and Country Housing is seeking an organised and customer-focused professional to support the delivery of Disabled Facilities Grants, home adaptations, loans, and related services. The role helps vulnerable people maintain independence by coordinating adaptations and guiding cases from referral to completion.

• Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and delivering a high-quality service to vulnerable individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers through the Disabled Facilities Grant and home adaptation process, from initial enquiry to completion.
• Carry out customer visits, coordinate applications and paperwork, maintain accurate records, and work with colleagues, contractors and external agencies.
