Job summary

The Oyster Partnership is supporting a local authority in Nottingham to recruit a Financial Assistance Caseworker. You will manage a caseload of grants and financial assistance, carrying out assessments and supporting residents through home repairs and adaptations.

Based in a busy Private Sector Housing team, you will visit residents, liaise with occupational therapists and partner agencies, and ensure accurate records and timely case progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, grants, benefits, financial assistance, or local government.
• Strong administration and case management skills.
• Ability to work with vulnerable residents.
