Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is recruiting to support HM Courts and Tribunals Service in Bradford/Leeds, focusing on monitoring and progressing criminal cases from first appearance to disposal to ensure trials proceed without delay.

You will work with colleagues to reduce ineffective trials, meet national targets for courtroom utilisation, and apply Lean TIBs and SOPs as part of continuous improvement. Some travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and progressing criminal cases from first appearance to disposal.
• Ability to support reduction of ineffective and cracked trials to meet targets.
• Familiarity with Lean TIBs, SOPs and continuous improvement tools.
